Platinum Service, LLC President, Michael G. Petrella, retired in 2004 after working 12 years as a Wal-mart Manager. During this time, Michael learned about the importance the smallest of details have on getting items to sell. He was educated on the importance of product presentation and placement along with providing the proper merchandising mix to the customer. He also learned the importance of taking care of the customer and his employees as well as how to run a business.
Prior to Wal-mart, Michael earned his BS in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University located in Slippery Rock, PA.
In 1998, Michael started performing merchandising resets on his own. Over the next six years, he established a trusting relationship with the companies he worked for and in doing so was granted more work. In May of 2003, Platinum Service, L.L.C. was founded as a merchandising service company to expand the quality service offered. From 2003 to the present, Platinum Service, L.L.C. has gained the trust of many more customers by providing the highest quality standards in the industry.
From the beginning, attention to detail has been the main focus in forming the company. This founding principal is instilled in all team members as the most important aspect of completing every project.
In addition to a focus on detail, an environment of open communication was established throughout all levels of the company to allow all team members the opportunity to complete projects faster and with higher quality than any other company in the merchandising service industry.
